Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you use our contact form or call us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you're interested in, and notes about your project. Our website contact form opens your own email application; the information you send arrives in our company inbox (ahong@arcminc.com) and is not stored in a website database.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, and perform contracted work. By contacting us, you consent to follow-up by phone, email, or text about your inquiry. We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent, and we do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

Our website displays reviews via Google, which may set cookies subject to Google's own privacy policy. We link to third-party verification sites (e.g., GAF, the BBB, and government license lookups); their data practices are their own.

SMS Communications and Consent

If you provide your phone number and check the applicable consent box on our contact form, we may send you text messages as follows:

• Service (non-marketing) messages: responses to your inquiries, scheduling and appointment reminders, follow-ups regarding roofing projects, and project updates.
• Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and promotional messages — sent only if you separately opt in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the communications described above. See our Terms and Conditions for full SMS terms.

Retention & Your Choices

We keep project correspondence as long as needed for warranty service and legal requirements. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing contact@arcminc.com or calling (303) 306-8334.
